Dr. Matthews was extremely rude and dismissive of my concerns. Once he found out what I had, a condition called CSR which coincidentally is not uncommon in high anxiety people but is often caused by steroids, he became very dismissive and would not address my questions, just told me it wouldn't get worse and would go away on its own, come back in six weeks. It continued to get worse for three days after my appointment. I will not be going back here and will find a new specialist.

The receptionist is very nice. My appointment was at 9:30 am and here it is 11:25 am and I still haven't been called to the back. Several people that have come in after me have been called to the back. I asked about how much longer it might be at 11, was told they should be calling me next. Well, then two more people that came in after me got called back. I finally got called to the back at 11:30

Appreciate. Went well. A little slow due to short staff. Jessica awesome with patients. She really cares about patients. She does a awesome job even under the stress she is having to deal with. I wouldn't be coming if it was not for her.Keep up the good work. Alisa.
