DFW Nursing & Rehab

Nursing homes aren’t ever a place that you want to visit someone in but if you have to I must say that DFW rehab and nursing facility has gone above and beyond in my eyes. I have a loved one in there who is the nicest lady in the world, she is confused, but she’s still a little social butterfly at 80 years old. The AIDS in this facility have treated her so nice,..they are so nice to me as well. They do bingo with them. They make sure that they are good. I appreciate this facility. I have to give kudos to one Aide in particular. Shameka F ,is definitely a blessing. She was super nice and answered questions for me. We need more places like this to help the aging and more.

My mother was previously a resident here and I was very pleased with how the CNAs treated her. If I had any issues or concerns the nursing staff was very quickly to remedy the situation. My mother never complained about the food. She always thought it was actually pretty good, especially the fish on Fridays. The activities also were interesting and different. Yes, there is the typical bingo, but they also think outside the box when it comes to activities and outings which my mother really enjoyed, I was pleased with the care my mother received, even after she passed away the staff was very comforting for our family. DFW truly takes care of their residence like they’re part of their own family.

My brother was there for about 2 years. He recently transferred to a new place and this facility misplaced/lost his ONLY wheelchair. We have been trying to get in contact with someone and no one seems to care or return our calls. If this does not get resolved we will be taking legal action.

I love this place they so welcoming. They took really good care of my mom I can’t thank them enough for how they treated her. Made her stay so good and didn’t just treat her any way but with the most respect anybody can ask for

These place is horrible someone is not doing their job it stinks like urine it's dirty I don't know how anyone can have their loved ones in that facility
