DFW Alliance Care Pharmacy

Scheduled my routine colonoscopy and the doc sent my prep order to this pharmacy. They called me and told me it would be $60 which I immediately balked at as I have excellent insurance and have never had to pay out of pocket for prep before. They proceeded to tell me that Sutab is not covered by insurance and that they are offering the use of a coupon which is why they can sell to me for “only” $60. Had the doc put it through Caremark my prescription insurance co, the et required a quick pre approval and I just picked it up for zero dollar’s. What ticks me off more than the them lying and trying to get me to pay $60 is the condescending way she spoke to me like I didn’t know what I was talking about and treating me like I didn’t have the money opposed to the fact that I get colonoscopi

This company is professional but I had a bad experience. I received two defective pens/syringes with my EXPENSIVE medicine. I called and wanted it replaced And they wouldn’t replace the defective pens! They did however help me tremendously with my prescription copay!

Horrible customer service, I was given a prep for a colonoscopy that is contraindicated with a medical condition that I have, thankfully I read the contraindications before taking this medication. After reading horrible reviews about the prep, I am glad I did not take this medication.

Terrible customer service. Don’t transfer here. You’re better off with a Walgreens or CVS. Save your time and headache. I’m submitting a complaint to the board.

Nice enough people, but out of network for my prescription drug coverage. They agreed to transfer my prescriptions to Walgreens (in-network.)
