Asked for help with a hook in my dog's mouth and said they couldn't until Monday cause they get off at 12:00 and so I had to ask my neighbor to pull hook out , Refused too help my Dog out in an emergency before they were closing and told me too drive an hour away when I have money and patience to wait for them to find the right person to pull the hook out but they refuse to do it still if anyone tells you to leave a hook in your kid's mouth until Monday that's not a good vet because the Dog is my life I don't know who they are but she definitely didn't want to help she tried to send me 3 hours away

They take the best care of your pet and are very professional. Couldn’t ask for any better. Very grateful.

Update! He possibly has a blood issue and early kidney failure but they made sure to tell me multiple times it was not from the neutering. It had to be from after care. Even though he couldn’t walk out to me and looked like he was going to die since we brought him home. Now I have to break the news to my kids that they’re most likely going to lose their best friend/little brother. This should have never happened!!! My dog got neutered last Tuesday and when we picked him up he was bloody. He would not eat or use the bathroom. Then he started to look like the pictures. I took him back Friday and they basically said it’s my fault for letting him loose in my house and able to jump on the couch. Even though he couldn’t even walk. Now he can’t even stand up.

Very unhappy about my recent experience with this vet. I dropped my dog off this morning with her tracking collar and her harness. When I picked her up I got the harness but no collar. When asked about the collar they proceeded to lie to me and say that she never had one to begin with. Come to find out they put it on a different dog and gave it to a different owner. Which again I can track it. It’s a $400+ tracker. Remember $400 and they lied straight to my face about it. They man was nice enough to turn it in and we were able to go back to the vet clinic to pick it up. When asked at pick up how it got on that dog they proceeded to say that they didn’t know how it got on there and how that man that just took his dog to the vet had it on his dog. Just saying this company has lost my busines
