It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review, but I am more than livid with this office. My daughters health is suffering because of irresponsibility. We ordered a pair of frames on January 6th. I consistently called them for 3 weeks to see if they were in and was always told no, that maybe they will be in todays UPS shipment. Today I decided to drive up to the office to get an answer. I had the lady call the lab to see the status of her glasses. She had the lab on speaker so I could hear the conversation. The lab told her that these glasses would not be shipped until their lab bill is paid! Excuse ME!!!!! I will be getting her RX and going elsewhere. I could not believe it!
Love Dr. Dunn and his staff. All are very helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly.
Awesome staff.
