I have called this place five separate times and they say every time that they will call me back and never do. I’m running out of my medication. I’m a pretty patient person but it’s been months and I am so frustrated. I’m filing a complaint with my insurance on Monday. My appointment was three months ago. I have given them PLENTY of time to figure out one referral. I also have never heard from my doctor, I only interacted with a NP.
Excellent doctor, very comforting experience 🙏🏽
