Very happy with Doctor and staff . Especially happy with Julia how did my blood work . She had not ever meet me before , but yet was willing to break away from her lunch to do my blood work . It dosen't stop there she was.very professional and pleasant. A ++ for the hole staff at Dewey Medical Center

Very rude staff. My husband had neck surgery a few weeks ago, he got a prescription for the pain for 1 week from the surgeon but we live two hours away so when he was up for a refill the surgeon called Dr Cabaluna to give the ok to prescribe more for post surgery to get him until his 2 week follow up (first follow up) scheduled for last Wednesday. When we drove to he appt they stayed that the surgeon canceled that morning and won’t be in the office until this coming Wednesday. Last week Cabalunas office was going to prescribe another week but due to a snow storm we’re unsble to actually get the RX to us, he called tonday(Monday) to see if he can just get a couple days of the post surgery done to get him to Wednesday. The later was very rude and just kept saying no and nothing else and he e

Canceled and rescheduled my first appt as a new patient. Lost my file by the second appt. with no apologies. Rude and seemingly uncaring office staff and medical assistants. Dr. Cabaluna may be the best doc in the world, but I am looking for a new medical provider due to the unprofessional attitudes of the staff at Dewey Medical Center.

Got me in next day being a new patient. Staff was kind and courteous. Dr. Gale is a straight shooter; knowledgeable and thorough.

Great and friendly service. I truly appreciate how they practice active listening. The care was excellent. I feel comfortable taking my family here.
