I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I had an appointment on the 12th with Dr. Kansara for ongoing knee and leg pain and was hoping for answers, guidance, or a treatment plan. Instead, I was dismissed and spoken to disrespectfully. When I asked questions, I was told to be quiet and that asking questions “wasn’t going to help,” with comments like, “There you go again asking questions.” I was told he didn’t know why I was in pain, and it was clear that because surgery wasn’t needed, there was no interest in helping me further. I left feeling unheard and frustrated. I immediately called the office requesting to be switched to another doctor. I was apologized to and told someone would follow up, but no one ever did. I regularly refer to Dr. Kansara and his team. My patients and I are always pleased with his surgical outcomes. I would recommend him without reservation. Thank you for your excellent care!

I had a rotator cuff tear and frozen shoulder. Two years later I’m in good shape. The recovery is long. Dr Kansara told me to expect a year recovery and said it would be painful. It was both. Lol. I’m glad I was prepared for the recovery or I imagine I would have been scared thinking it was all a failure. I’d probably be out searching for a new doctor and/or more treatments. My advice is to continue with PT whether it is at a clinic or at home. It improves slowly and with time. I’m happy with Dr Kansara. I had a problem and he fixed the problem. I regained full range of motion and only have pain if I overdo it. Most times I forget I had surgery. I did not regain full range of motion until 18 months after surgery. I was referred to this institute having received surgery after an accident several hours away. I have to say this is the worst, and most unprofessional medical experience I have ever had. Without a doubt they took on my case so they could bring me in, take x-rays and bill my insurance. Its an insurance milking agency. Dr. Kansara and his staff here should be ashamed of the lax and callous way in which they treated me and presumably all of their patients. Not only did Dr. Kansara admit to me he did the absolute bare minimum of preparation for my visit, but his bedside manner is awful. He told me he didnt review my history and even if I placed it in front of him he would not read it. He told me that he was taking the most absurdly conservative recovery plan that was double what the operatin

My knee replacement surgery was amazing! Dr. Kansara is kind, caring and bedside manor is incredible. Very skilled surgeon. I have referred friends.
