Designer Audiology

All the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Alicia Spoor has given us expert care and advice about our hearing status and care given to the hearing aids at periodic visits over the past 4 years. She knows the correct adjustments to make via the computer to add to our phone app to make our hearing experience better at our visits. She also gives prompt advice via email if issues arise pertaining to charging the hearing aids. We highly recommend her to our family and friends.

I had gone to Dr. Spoor for ear impressions for custom musician earplugs in 2013 when she was part of a practice in Rockville. When I decided this year to get new impressions for custom in-ear monitors, I was glad to find she was still in the area with her own office. Dr. Spoor is very knowledgeable and very personable as well. Highly recommended for all audiology needs.

I've been to this practice on two different occasions and both times Dr. Spoor and her team were able to help me with a stubborn hearing issue. I was very pleased with the level of customer service and overall professionalism of Dr. Spoor - she's a dedicated clinician and a very patient person in general. Dr. Spoor took an extended amount of time with me to help clear two very obstructed ear canals. I can hear better now. Yay!!! Thank you so much for taking the time that was needed.

I had a great experience today with Dr. Spoor and her staff at Designer Audiology today. I have never been to an audiologist before so I was feeling a little nervous about having my ears cleaned. Dr. Spoor was very patient and gentle. She took time to review my history and answer questions without rushing. Overall the procedure was quick, painless and I felt better instantly. I will definitely return to this practice in the future. Thank you!
