Desert Valley Audiology

I have been a patient of Lori Jurman for over 5 years. During that time, I, and my hearing aids, have received excellent care. Lori is knowledgeable, professional and personable. She has truly helped me maintain my hearing aids which are about 10 years old. Lori has been available for routine maintenance, as well as extremely helpful when a hearing aid emergency arises. She explains things clearly, is patient and has never pressured me to buy newer hearing aids. The staff at the front desk are helpful and welcoming. I am very happy that I found Lori and Desert Valley Audiology.

Andrea Telatovich is one of the most helpful, knowledgable, and caring doctors I have EVER worked with! She took the time to answer any and all questions, patiently explained everything, asking if I had any more questions, and even followed up with a phone call! So thankful!!

Dr. Telatovich was amazing with my son!!!!! So patient and knowledgable with what can keep a kid's attention. I'm so grateful we were able to be seen by her. I wish there were more medical professionals like her in the world.

Everything was going good and I appreciate her input on my condition, but I want what I want. Her opinion was nice but that just that her opinion. Because I didn’t want a hearing aide device she act like what wrong with wearing one,I told her I don’t want a hearing aide. Her attitude change and said she was going to recommend that to my doctor and oh well that’s my decision is what she said next .And I told her I don’t care I’m not wearing one. Left the office feeling a little defeated but okay sad way to go about my life.
