Desert Urgent Care

Most unprofessional clinic in the valley. Plus my tb test wasn’t even done right by the guy.

How is this an urgent care when no one even answers the phone. I have been trying to set an appointment just to take a Tb test as a new hire. For weeks and no one answers the phone. This is so rediculous. Like you office people get paid by the hour right?

Customer service is awful. The nurses are rude and my last personal experience has me angry with them. I went in to check some severe abdominal pain I have been having lately, I waited an hour outside, once I was taken inside, I waited another hour. I fell asleep in there and 15 minutes later I wake up and a nurse walks in surprised and literally says, " Oh!? You're still here? The Doctor will be right with you." I became angry and decided to wait a while longer. Half an hour later the Doctor finally comes out and checks out my stomach area and gives me a paper for the blood tests. After he walks out, another 30 minutes goes by and the door was an inch cracked open. If anyone wants to live, please drive to any of the Urgent Cares on Fred Waring or seriously anywhere else in the desert. Do not depend on these "doctors & nurses" here for they BADLY misdiagnosed my father and it almost cost him his life. Literally. My father had (unknowingly at the time) appendicitis and went here to get a diagnosis. He had stomach pains for almost 2 weeks and they assured him it wasn't anything serious & just prescribed diarrhea medicine. Of course, it did NOT work so he went few days after to the ER (since he doesn't have a primary doctor) to get an x-ray and get checked up here. In less than an hour, the doctor prompted him to prepare for surgery. They emphasized they needed to take action AT THAT MOMENT because if they waited even one day longer, they wouldn't guaran

Worst urgent care in the USA. Incompetent staff sat in the back laughing and carrying on while I stood at the front calling back "hello??" Finally she comes up and half heartedly apologizes. Waited 50 minutes to be seen when there was only one other person there. Then the doc writes a prescription for a med that I can't fill! I've taken it to 5 pharmacies from palm desert to riverside and nobody carries it. My daughter still has an ear infection.
