Desert Pediatrics

Dr. Wang is an absolutely outstanding pediatrician. He takes the time to really listen to my concerns and thoughtfully addresses each one, explaining everything in a clear, helpful way. His depth of knowledge about children’s health and development is evident, and he presents information in a caring, compassionate manner. The whole team at Desert Pediatrics is wonderful — the staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional. Every visit is a positive experience, and I always feel that my child is in very good hands. I highly recommend Desert Pediatrics to any parent looking for a pediatrician who truly cares, communicates well, and delivers excellent care.

My kids have been going to this office since the doctor opened. Sometime within the last month the doctor fired /let go all of his staff hired all new people and now has a third party calling system so you can't even directly reach the doctors office and wait long times to hear back if you do at all. It takes away the reason we have stayed with his office for so long. The third party system sounds like ai and is very inpersonal. The new office manager is nothing like the previous one. It is a change that doesn't seem to be good for any patients. We will more than likely be finding a new pediatrician for my children. It will be hard to find a pediatrician as good as he is but the staff changes and not being able to reach him like we used to are disappointing to say the least.

My husband and I are new parents and we were very unhappy with our first pediatrician. I googled pediatricians in the area and Desert Pediatrics came up! We love it here, the staff is always patient and friendly with us new parents! Dr. Wang takes his time with our daughter and never rushes us when we have a ton of follow-up questions!

Dr. Wang makes it clear from day one that he’s willing to go above and beyond in his duty as a doctor. We were immediately impressed with his desire to stay on top of our child’s care by instructing us to call him after-hours regarding any pressing matters. His knowledge and willingness to educate us on our treatment options for our child truly underlined the value he puts on informed consent for his patients and their guardians, rather than the disappointing conventional experiences we’re accustomed to from most doctors. We are excited and more than confident in calling this man our pediatrician! Thank you so much, Dr. Wang!

Dr. Wang has been my children’s pediatrician for over 3 years now. After having conflicts with several previous pediatricians and their “this is how things are done” attitude, we have found the best in Dr. Wang. He has been available to us at all hours of the day or night and gone above and beyond to make sure my kids are well and healthy. He performed my son’s flawless circumcision and never made my preference or opinion on any subject concerning my children’s health seem unimportant or irrelevant. He is thorough and detailed in his explanation of anything concerning their health and always makes sure we leave his office with no questions left to ask.
