Dr. Zahri and his staff have very pleasant personalities. They are highly knowledgeable, well-prepared, and well-equipped to handle all situations professionally. Dr. Zahri is always very thorough in his explanations, whether it’s regarding lab reports or physical checkups. It’s truly a pleasure to be associated with such a dedicated and caring team.

Love my PCP Cid! I prefer him over the resident doctor at Desert Oasis. Cid listens! Hears me. And gives genuine feedback. I love the office staff! From front desk to the nurses and even the back office gals are attentive! I’ve gotten calls for follow up’s on my referrals and they’re great.

I enjoy the staff and Rod Cid. I always feel welcomed and that I matter. My concerns are always addressed and I never feel judged. I believe they truly care about their patients. They are very thoughtful and thorough.

I have been going to Desert Oasis for over six years, and by the time I left the office this last time, I couldn't believe the treatment I received. I have a personal womens issue that has me a little freaked out. Due to having Ovarian Cancer with a tumor so big that the incision on my stomach is huge. Well about two years ago, I had surgery for a Bladder Prolapse. Of course, the doctor that did the surgery happened at that time moving his office. When I went to my appointment, the office was locked. So I have had no follow up from that surgery. When I went into Desert Oasis office to get a referral to see what was going on I got shocked by the treatment I received. I was told I was getting a discharge letter today by the office Manager Michelle. 1 week ago went to my scheduled appointment and was told I have a bill of 25 dollars. Well that appointment was canceled and rescheduled to today. So I check in and I am told I have a 75 dollar check in I said I can only pay 25 dollars and asked why I have a 75 dollar bill when last week it was 50. I was told because I saw the doctor, when I said no I did not as it was cancelled because you didn’t have my labs she argued with me saying you saw the doctor and I had to pay 75 to be seen today. I said I’m not paying for something that never happened I was never roomed and never saw the Doctor. I was told I’m not arguing with you I said ask cids MA they said no.
