I am so grateful to everyone at DO Immediate Care. They always take good care of me. Yesterday I had an urgent matter and I walked in about 10 minutes before they closed. I felt bad coming in so late and almost everyone made me feel welcome (just one person at the front looked at the clock and scrunched her face). I was taken care of efficiently I left with the pain subsiding quickly. Thank you!!!

I made an appointment for 845. It is now 10:15 and still waiting. The nurse said the dr wanted me to take a covid test. I declined because I know I have a sinus infection. I am wondering if they forgot about me or if this is their revenge for declining their covid test. I will use the Palm Desert location next time even though it is a 30 minute drive.

I’ve taken my child several times to this clinic and always received excellent care. Staff is friendly and caring, doctors have been amazing and take their time and answered all my questions. It’s always super clean too and never had to wait too long. I Highly recommend this urgent care.

Super busy, but still efficient. Greeted right away by reception, masks available, watched nursing staff take care of patients bringing them back, even carried her purse. Nice to see “true health care” rather than standing there annoyed because someone takes too long. Good job 👍🏼
