Desert Mountain Care Center

As an RN, I am nervous about sending my family members to nursing facilities, but I have had a really great experience with Desert Mountain care center and the staff. At first, I would admit I was a bit disgruntled due to past experiences with my mom prior to her passing in another nursing care facility, but when my dad was admitted to Desert Mountain care center, not only was the nursing staff very responsive and understanding but the administrators Lesley and Daniel both came out personally and we’re able to help calm my mind. Knowing that my father is cared for and I am able to ask questions and have access to him when needed/updated on his care is a huge peace of mind!

Desert Mountain Care Center has shown a wonderful improvement under its new Administrator Leslie, and Director of Nursing Daniel. The facility feels more organized, the staff appear more attentive, and the overall atmosphere is much more welcoming and positive. It’s clear that the leadership is focused on providing quality care and creating a supportive environment for both residents and their families. The changes have made a noticeable difference, and it’s great to see the commitment to better service and compassion in this skilled nursing facility.
