Desert Eye Care

Today was my first time here and although I did not see the doctor Alma made me feel like any of the regular patients. The frame of my glasses came loose and I lost the screw. I called my regular optometrist and they couldn't get me in for 2 weeks. I called Desert Eye Center and they told me to come in before 5 and they would see what they could do. I was a little nervous at first because of the outside of the building but once I opened the door, I felt a lot better. The office was beautiful and the staff members I interacted with were very nice and attentive! Thank you for fixing my glasses today in such a short time.

Day and Time of Appointment - Wednesday, 2:30 pm Time spent in Office - 1 hr 30 min Time spent with Doctor - 10 min The staff were complaining that Dr. Gupta was behind on appointments again and weighing whether they should leave at 5 pm or if they should stay for the sake of the people that waited. A specific mother daughter duo came in to get their exam at 1:30 pm and it wasn't until 3:30 pm that they were picking out their glasses. I had scheduled this appointment before work but thankfully I was asked to come in later or else I would've been late. It's not that the office was busy, great for the office, but to wait for over an hour for an interaction that was less than 10 minutes is crazy. Doctors have to respect their patients time. The receptionists were super sweet, and the eye exam was quick and easy. The doctor was really nice and efficient too! The girls who helped me pick out glasses were so friendly, and to top it off, they even had some really good suckers as a sweet treat. Loved the whole experience!

The staff very kind and the doctor very knowledgeable, very accurate with the eye exam. No doubt it was the most thorough and precise eye exam I've ever been given. The prices for the frames and progressive lens were fairly priced, 35% less at least than the other major glass sellers. I highly recommend this business.

Dr. Gupta was great, I could tell she was very skilled and knowledgeable during my eye exam and I am happy to have booked on appointment here to get my eyes checked and get a new pair of glasses.
