Great service!! I took my daughter because she had a molar that required a root canal and she has always been scared to go to the dentist because of prior experiences at other dentists. Her fear was so bad that even when her molar was extremely painful she still refused to go see a dentist until the pain was unbearable, hence the root canal. They made sure she was comfortable and at ease, the dental assistant made her feel less anxious and was very caring when speaking to her. (I forgot her name)

ALWAYS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. DR. SANCHEZ AND HIS TEAM MAKE PATIENTS FEEL COMFORTABLE AND INFORMED. HE EXPLAINS EVERYTHING IN GREAT DETAIL. I APPRECIATE THAT HE WILL DO HIS BEST TO TAKE CARE OF YOU EVEN AFTER HOURS AND ON WEEKENDS. I HAD A BAD TOOTHACHE ON A SATURDAY AND HE CALLED IN A PRESCRIPTION FOR ME. I APPRECIATE THAT LEVEL OF CARE EVEN OUT OF OFFICE HOURS. SHOUT OUT TO ANNA FOR BEING THE BEST HYGIENIST EVER! SHE IS AWESOME! FRONT DESK LADIES ARE VERY FRIENDLY TOO! OVERALL GREAT STAFF!

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Sanchez since 2015. We see them 2x a year for cleanings and have had excellent experiences with all staff and the Doctor. They are friendly, super accomodating, and professional. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Highly recommend Desert East Family Denistry. I don't understand why this place doesn't have 5 starts! The entire staff is so kind and sweet. I reviewed the negative comments, most of them regard their dissatisfaction with issues regarding payments and emergency procedures. I can understand and validate that frustration. I've experienced that before with a different office on the west side. However, specific inconveniences could happen at any dentistry office, no office is perfect. I've been to several dentists in Italy, Florida and in Texas. I can honestly say the kind treatment, genuine concern, advanced expertise, and utmost kindness received by the staff and doctor is the best I've received out of all places I've visited. This office is dedicated to your dental health. It's a small practice and you get personal attention. Not like those big dental offices with 5 dentist that will make you go in twice one for exam then another for cleaning. The dentist there is so nice. I highly recommend this business.
