Desert Bloom Pediatrics

Changed my daughter’s doctor because every time she would come out of her old doctor’s office, she would come out traumatized and crying. We were looking for a friendly doctor who knew how to interact with kids and took her time to listen to our concerns. Dr. Garza was recommended and wow I am amazed at how my daughter’s first appointment here went. 10/10 no crying from her part, nurses and front staff were nice, helpful and friendly. Dr. Garza got to know my child in the beginning of our appointment and made her feel at ease. She felt comfortable with her. I am grateful for this experience ❤️

I first met Dr. Garza at her previous office on a day when my daughter's regular pediatrician was not available. My daughter's previous doctors were excellent, but my child never quite got fully comfortable with them. Dr. Garza's playful bedside manner actually got my reluctant child to smile! My daughter then personally asked if she could start seeing Dr. Garza as her regular doctor. She was a toddler at the time! Dr. Garza and her staff are the best. They are super attentive, beyond friendly, and my kid loves her Dr so that's a bonus. Keep it up

There was a insurance miscommunication after pulling my son and arriving for his appointment. Not once did they mention it over the phone. The lady who personally helped me made me feel put on the spot and absolutely humiliated me. I left in tears frustrated to only call another pediatrician and after verifying with my insurance and with upper staff it was a FRACTION of what desert bloom tried to charge me. We were excited after all the feedback we heard about the provider at desert bloom and I was looking forward to having her help in managing my son’s adhd, but after this, I’m sad to say her staff ruined that experience for us😔 Also - after scrolling through previous experiences, it seems there is a repeated issue with the front staff ladies and when feedback is left, the same automati
