I have been going to this office for over 20 years. The receptionists are always great and friendly. Suzanne has been there as long as I can remember and she is quick with follow ups and is incredible. I had my first physical with a new provider for me, Sarah Burkhardt Aprn, and was so happy. I always talk a lot about a lot of things and she paid such close attention, that even many minutes later, still was addressing everything. She offered solutions and made me feel so heard. I haven’t felt that way with a PCP in a long time. Elliot is lucky to have both the individuals I mentioned!

Front staff is very friendly and attentive. Very helpful with making appointments . I saw a new Dr. for my physical and he was very nice. I did not feel rushed and he thoroughly went over care plan. I am very pleased with DMG.

My appointment with Dr. LeBlanc was on time and my issue was addressed. Front staff was friendly and efficient. Having a good primary care doctor is so important. I was very pleased with my visit.

First off I am a brand spanking new patient here!!! From the moment I walked in i was immediately greeted by a few of the sweetest receptionists ever!!! They had all my information already set up in the system so I checked in and took a seat. Not even 2 minutes later a nice nurse called my name!!! She took my blood pressure and the Dr came in 5 minutes later!!! I was in n out in literally 30 minutes!! This was the greatest experience at any doctors office I ever had!!!!

Dr casenas and the staff are very professional, kind and caring. All the staff actively listen and are empathetic to patients needs! Suzanne is wonderful is helping to coordinate follow up care! She has been with the practice for a long time, her friendly manner and knowledge is invaluable to the practice!
