I was able to get a same.day appointment. Office staff was friendly. Nurse and doctor were knowledgeable and communicated well with me. They listened to my concerns and were very responsive. Definitely would recommend them.

I rarely write reviews, but DermDox Bethlehem really deserves some praise. The medical and office staff are professional, accommodating, and kind. Scheduling was also quick and easy.

If I could give DermDox zero stars, I would. Wait for a real dermatologist instead of going here. Horrible experience. When I first arrived, the bathroom in their “doctor’s” office was obscene. I bled during my small cyst removal, with blood dripping off my ear onto my back and all over my clothes. They did not put a gown on me before starting the surgery or tape back any hair that was in the way of removing the cyst. When they finally finished (with both the doctor and nurse covered in blood, as well as me), the doctor said, “I hope I got it all out,” as they began stitching me up. I am currently having my stitches checked to make sure they are not infected, as they are still painful and swollen after five days. I received no paperwork when I left explaining post-op care, what to do if
