Dr. Orlowski provided a careful evaluation and a clear path forward for dealing with my skin problem. I very much appreciated that clear written directions were promptly given. Both my wife, who accompanied me, and I were impressed by his knowledgable straightforward approach. I look forward to my continued visits with confidence that my issue will be satisfactorily treated that has caused extensive irritation.

I've been disappointed with every experience I've had at Dermcare, and my last appointment was it for me. I came in for an annual skin check and the provider walked in the room for 45 seconds and talked about my acne. She told me all the exact same things she said to do next year that did not work, no new suggestions or ideas to try and then she tried to walk out. I asked for the skin check, which was the main purpose of the appointment and she refused, saying that since we already TALKED about acne she can't do a skin check the same day. This is illogical and infuriating, I've been seeing dermatologists for >10 years, skin cancer runs in my family and acne is part of my skin, these appointments have always been combined for me in the past. I will be seeking other care.

Very upset with the service, my son was put on a medication which can have serious side effects, i called on Friday morning 9am it's now Monday and still have not heard from them, even after letting the service know he was having issues and that his primary asked us to follow up with the dermatologist. Still waiting on a call, it's now 6:30 pm never heard from them today, or a supervisor i asked for a call from.

Very good practitioners and service. I had a fairly good size basal cell patch on my back and I was very happy to have that removed. Any anxiety I had was calmed due to the professional attitude and services provided. The only thing is there had been some confusion with the scheduling of my appointment. I had received email for multiple days for the same appointment. The original one never got cancelled so I showed up. It actually turned out to my benefit so no complaints. But I was a bit panicked when I saw I had an appointment at 11am and it was already 10am. I rushed to get there and it turned out that had been rescheduled for the next day. But while I was waiting in the waiting room I had a nice conversation with a man who I ended up giving him a good tip on some home maintenance fix

Waited in the office for more than 40 min to be seen by a medical assistant and sat in another room waiting still. Waste of time. Parking is not convenient. Either street parking up to an hour free or have to pay $5 an hour in a small private lot.
