We needed an appointment at the medical center to take care of a skin issue. Dr. Maloney and her staff were absolutely the best. Everything went well and we were treated with the best of care. We are grateful to everyone who contributed to our visit. We would highly recommend this facility and the care providers to those seeking medical attention. By the way, they have an incredible vending machine 😀

I’ve never been to a better doctors office with better staff. There’s not a single time that the receptionist, nurses, and doctors don’t go above and beyond to help me. They are the most consistent office, with advocacy skills that I just have never had with any doctor in any specialty. I appreciate dealing with them as it’s always so pleasant and I couldn’t ask for better care. Dr VanDyke is particularly amazing at what she does and I think she is an up and coming as one of the greatest doctors in the area of Hidradenitis Supperativa treatment and studies! I travel an hour and would travel more to continue to see Dr. VanDyke!

The initial wait time for an appointment (after a PCP referral) was not as bad (long) as other specialists. Even got put on a cancellation list and got in a week sooner. Nice, newer building on Tilley Drive with plenty of parking.

Seemed like the doctor came in,asked questions,went and consulted another doctor,then chatgpt.....then came with a print off and a sales pitch for a procedure. No real diagnostic,no real overall evaluation. Just a problem leading to a sales pitch of "the only way"by getting a laser procedure (most likely because it's most lucrative with insurance). I'm a sales professional,I recognize a pitch. Nope

Updated review - seeing Dr Gor (in Plattsburgh office) and he’s great. A far cry better than my initial experience Initial experience (2 stars) Happy to see the resident I saw there last spring is no longer there but she was rude and arrogant. Would not listen to me nor could she help me. She and her attending (who was at least nice) did two biopsies and I was prescribed a cream that is useless and only addressed one of several allergic reaction skin issues I am dealing with. I wasted my time going there twice - I’m still suffering with the same situation many months later. I am going elsewhere. Waiting time is longish, but not as bad as I've seen in other comments.
