After a biopsy taken on my nose, Dermatology Specialists helped me understand that my squamous cell carcinoma could be treated by Gentle Cure radiation treatments, a relatively recent treatment method. My other option would be Mohs surgery. Several years ago, I had two basal cell carcinomas removed with Mohs. It was pretty radical, somewhat painful, and left me with a permanent scar on my face. They had to cut very deep to make certain the surgery got all the cancer cells. I opted for Gentle Cure and I'm glad I did. Had a great experience there being a first time patient. The Dr's and staff actually listened to me and my concerns. Gave me great information on my diagnosis/procedure and how to do proper after care. Very professional and courteous. Will recommend to anyone I know. 10/10 👌

Dermatology Specialists did an excellent job removing the cancerous tissue near my nose. It took 20 shots of radiation and Mary explained each step of the way. She was very professional and answered all of my questions as they arose. Ariana found the lesion that I wasn't aware of. Amanda visually checked how things were going every 5 days. Tiffany gave the final approval that the radiation therapy had worked. Great job team.

The doctors are great, but the staff who answer phone calls, make calls back, etc. are not great. They say they will call back, but they do not. My husband was waiting on biopsy results that he never received. He had to call the office to get the results. They promised to call him back to reschedule another appointment, but did not do so. It's recently been very disappointing. It's too bad, because the doctors and RNs are great.
