Dermatology Southeast- Saint Augustine

I have been a patient of Dr. Padilla's for several years now and have found her and the staff to be very personable, efficient, and communicative. They definitely give me a positive outlook toward treatment plans and that outcome. I trust them...Highly recommended.

Dr. Crow is very caring, extremely intelligent and a highly skilled physician and surgeon. She is great at explaining care of skin as well as dermatology procedures and after care to ensure a positive outcome. She has a great staff that is both efficient and friendly. We are fortunate to have a physician with her credentials here in St. Augustine.

Horrible billing in the office! I called 5x last year to get it straight. They won't bill your insurance and tell you that you have to pay in full out of pocket before you leave the office. Then I get a call from them 2 weeks later telling me I need to call my insurance to approve them billing them another $300 or I would have to pay it. I called the Tallahassee office to try and get it fixed and they said they would but did not. Again I had to call 5x to get it fixed. Do Not Go Here.

I love the practice and Dr. Crow is the best. Dr Crow is very thorough with the examination, she explains the issues and gives treatment options. The office staff is friendly, the facilities are clean and modern, my favorite!

I have had 3 surgeries with Dr. Crow & team they are excellent. Outstanding, through, straight talk, takes the time to explain All leveled of the procedure. Linda Yatchak
