Dermatology & Skin Surgery Institute of North Texas

It was another wonderful experience with this medical team. There's no waiting here, although the beautiful waiting room makes you want to linger longer. A smile accompanies you every step of the way. Besides needing a dermatologist, I think I recently needed psychological help as well. The PA was excellent in that role. Thank you so much.

This doctor did not take my concerns seriously and was completely unprofessional and rude. His staff seemed untrained and were unable to perform a standard biopsy effectively. I ended up needing to go to a different dermatologist, which easily diagnosed and successfully treated my issue.

Felt as though Dr. Spenser was ready to home. Felt uncomfortable. My first visit was great. My second (9/22/25) felt quick. I didn't even finish my paper work. Finish after seeing Dr. Spencer. I don't think I go back.

I go at least every 6 months for a skin check because skin cancer runs in my family. I love coming here. The front office staff is welcoming and helpful. The PA'S I see are all so sweet and caring. They treat my skin with care.

Another great checkup! Staff is professional and friendly. Facilities are modern, well equipped and clean. I had an appointment and wait time was 1 or 2 minutes. I have been a patient here for 7 or 8 years. I highly recommend!
