My 3 y/o son went for his first appt. with this practice and it was a wonderful experience. Night and day difference from our previous dermatologist. Eveyone in this office was so kind from the moment we walked in. Each person we interacted with was like that...from the front desk...to the nurse... to the PA/Doc. We also got switched to a more age appropriate/safe cream for my kiddo which I was so thankful for. We didnt have to wait long at all to be seen either. Wonderful first experience as new patients and im so happy to have switched!!!

I had to visit the Dermatologist today and it was a great experience. Everyone was respectful, professional, and friendly. The doctor answered all my questions and she took her time with me. I didn't feel rush as some doctors do. She explained the course of treatment where I could understand it, but didn't talk down to me. I would highly recommend this place.

Good care when you are there, but absolutely deplorable customer service in regards to the MAs getting back in touch with you for medicine refills. My husband has gone days without his medicine due to the staff refusing to return our phone calls in regards to prescription refills. We are forced to making the drive and physically returning to the office in hopes of connecting with a supervisor or office manager in charge because we simply cannot get a phone call back.

This was our first visit and it was great!! The docs and aides were nice as could be. Couldn't ask for better bedside manners. Thank you again for making this visit a good experience!!

I had a really disappointing experience with Seth Vincent at Dermatology and Skin Surgery in Jackson. He didn’t come across as knowledgeable about the issues I went in for, and the care I received felt shallow and unhelpful. I left the appointment with more questions than answers, and no real plan for what to do next. It honestly felt like he wasn’t equipped to handle basic dermatology concerns. I wouldn’t recommend seeing him if you’re looking for someone thorough, confident, and capable in their field.
