Dermatology Plc

Dr. Burkholder is a great and knowledgeable provider but good luck getting anyone on the phone. Been waiting 6 weeks for an insurance authorization to be completed and have heard nothing back from this office. We have called and called, no response. Extremely disappointed in the care by the administrative and clinical staff here. I try not to complain because I work in a medical office myself, but wow.

The staff is very friendly and Dr. Scott just can’t be beat. He is the best Doctor I have ever been to and he knows how to take care of his patients.

This practice is amazing! Dr. Berry has a great bedside manner, she is down to earth, straight forward, and efficient. I have had 2 surgical procedures, and my general check up, with zero issues and zero complaints. They have two locations and, because I live between the two, I have double the chance for a prompt appointment.

Dr Barry is the best! She is always thorough, explains everything, and I always know I’m getting the best care possible! The office is well run and I never have to wait! All the PLC staff are amazing too!

Dr. Christopher Scott is the BEST!! He is thorough and has an awesome sense of humor. That helps when you go in with some concerns. He puts you at ease right away. I recently went in with an unusual problem. He was a bit perplexed, since it isn't a common issue that he sees. Instead of just hurrying me away, he actually took some pictures of the area and went to his office to consult with some other specialists. He came back to the room with a solution. He went above and beyond!! His care and concern is easy to see. The staff is very easy to deal with. I especially like the feel of the Orange location. It is easy to access and the staff is very welcoming. He is one of those doctors that you hope never retire!!
