🩵The office atmosphere was very calm and relaxed. Dr. Sandra Oska was so charming that I fell in love with her so quickly, and she did her job so professionally and quickly. I'm 42, and I've seen many cosmetologists in my life, but today I was truly amazed. The doctor's assistant Anna, was like an angel 🙏. She helped me cope with the usually unpleasant sensation of injections, but today it was so gentle, and I've never experienced such a level of care. I quickly and professionally got my result, and even more! And I was very pleased today that they kept their prices below average, which I can't understand for such a high level of service. On the way home, I kept wondering if I'd gone for a nice walk or just visited the doctor.

The front desk ladies are lovely but the patient care from Dr. Oska and David were lacking. I expressed my nerves regarding keloid removal/reduction treatments and I was reassured that one injection would not make it worse. It has been bruised and inflamed for three weeks now and when I came back in for the follow up, I was given laser to mask the bruising because she felt bad, which I appreciated. I had no time for questions or follow up questions after treatment though, because the doctor was gone and out of the room before my goggles were off my face. I was left with an ice pack, no talk of future steps, and no bandaid either. Doctor was gone without making sure I was good. It was insane. My first appointment was done on the fly, as Dr. Hekmatijah has a small set up inside my internist's practice; she recommenaded I see him to evaluate a couple of skin issues, and I thought why not, especially being so convenient. I was very pleased with my initial evaluation, and ended up having a follow up where he normally practices (in Santa Monica). Both visits were pleasant, and I definitely enjoyed both Dr. Hekmatijah and his nurse assistant; they have lovely bedside manner, and made me feel at ease. The reception staff at the Santa Monica practice were also very cordial and friendly. Overall, my experience with Dr. Hekmatijah and all the supporting staff was wonderful. I will definitely continue visiting this practice for my skin problems.

Based on 1st appointment I was happy to have found this practice. David was awesome, he was friendly, thorough, relatable, respectful and he listened to me and delivered info with perfect clarity. Dr Oska was great until I asked her one too many questions on the follow up. She did not answer all questions /concerns related to a biopsy And lab results. I will find a better suited dermatologist who is completely open to answering my pertinent medical questions and concerns Again David is a rockstar

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Oska. She was able to see me within a day, which is almost unheard of, and I truly appreciated the urgency and care. During the visit, she was thorough, patient, and attentive. I left feeling confident and well taken care of.
