Dermatology Center of Washington Township

For the past two years, my daughter has received excellent care at your practice, largely under the direction of Dr. Jen. We were recently informed that Dr. Jen is no longer with the practice and that future appointments will be with Dr. Lindsay. While the initial consultation with Dr. Lindsay was adequate, it resulted in a significant change to my daughter's treatment regimen requiring new medication. It has now been four weeks since that visit, during which time I have placed numerous calls to the office and spoken with Dr. Lindsay’s medical assistant, yet the necessary prescription/medication change has not been finalized. This delay in addressing a change in medication for a vulnerable patient is deeply concerning and unacceptable. The lack of follow-through demonstrates a severe laps
