Dermatology Center of the Palm Beaches

This is the worst place I could have went to. I have been going back and forth this This place and the dermpath diagnostic they send labs to. Before service they confirmed a price and send it wil be that price to wait for a bill form the other company. That company gave me full price and said they office didnt send in a code. I called the office she rudely says they have nothing to do with it 😒 but come to find out the person whos send it off forgot to put the code in then said they send it off not to pay to the new bill come 2 months went my 3 bills from this company same amount I called in the office and she talking to me as if she is the one paying all annoyed saying and I quote " we sent in the correction and paperwork we are texting the main billing person now we DID all we can do jus

The female receptionist working at 9:50 am on November 10th, 2025 is a poor worker. First time I called she picked up the phone and hung it up instantly. The second time she answered, put me on hold, came back and asked in a rude manner what insurance I have, put me on hold again then hung up again. I called the third time and she sent me to the emergency line, where the worker on that end said “yeah I don’t know what’s going on in reception today.” It’s okay to be busy, or have a bad day… but this behavior is a joke. Hopefully things get better.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this medical facility. The entire staff exhibited exceptional courtesy and professionalism. Dr. Robin Shecter is renowned for her expertise and knowledge in her field. Her compassionate demeanor and genuine care for her patients created a warm and supportive environment. I am immensely grateful for having found such a qualified doctor and staff. I would highly recommend this establishment to my colleagues and acquaintances.

The doctor is excellent; however, the medical assistant has been extremely unpleasant to deal with. On both of my visits, she was rude and unprofessional. Because of these experiences, I will not be returning and will be seeking care at a different office.

Every time I have been to this office I have been seen by Jordan. This last appointment I was informed she would be moving on and when I tell you I think my heart broke a little 😂 I have struggled with finding good health care in the state of Florida. Having come from Boston where we have the best healthcare it’s just been a journey. This office has always been so welcoming and so friendly from the receptionist to the assistants. Jordan there are not words to describe your bedside manner and your skill. I wish you the best of luck but whoever I’ll be seeing now has some big shoes to fill. Very grateful for this office!
