Very nice staff Dr F was great and did a wonderful job in a difficult location. Savanna I believe was my nurses name she was also very good and a calming presence. Would definitely recommend.

I was overdue to be seen and they got me an appointment quite quickly. Front staff is very friendly and helpful. I arrived a little early and I didn't have to wait very long in the waiting room. I saw Amy Chase. She was awesome!! Very knowledgeable and thorough. Some suspicious spots were found and treated immediately! I highly recommend Dermatology Associates in Fayetteville and especially Amy!

Incompetent receptionist, could not provide a quote in full or on co pay for a specific appointment type or tell me if they were in my network even though they had my insurance info. Just kept insisting that I read my card. Well my card says 20% so that tells me nothing without a full quote. Conversation went in circles. Hey can you quote me copay? > check your insurance card > it says 20% can you tell me total appointment cost approx so in can calculate an estimate? > We bill your insurance > So I dont pay today? you bill remainder after insurance pays? > well you'll have to pay the co pay > so what's the copay going to be > check your insurance card ... I went around in circles 2 to 3 times...this has never happened anywhere else lol. If you are going to bill me at the appointment how

Dr Broumand is patient and thorough. I’ve been seeing her for two + years and although my condition continues to be a nuisance, it is not life threatening. I appreciate her skill and hope for at least a slowing or remission. She also referred me to a specialist at University of Rochester to investigate all symptoms. She and Danielle are a great team.

Very patient centered. Mindful that what is routine for the providers is not routine for the patient. Emphatic, reassuring and comforting. Prior to my procedure, sitting in the waiting room, a mother with two young children (who understandably were becoming a bit restless) were offered apple juice by one of the secretaries who had left the check-in area to come out and offer her support. Very nice and consistent with the level of care I received.
