I was a patient here for over 20 years, mole checks every 1-2 years. In January, 3 weeks before my mole check I received a call dropping me as a patient because they were too busy. I told them I had just been diagnosed with breast cancer and asked for them to please do the mole check and then I'd go away and find a new doctor. Nope. They had known for months that one of their doctors was leaving. I guess since I didn't spend money on aesthetic treatments I wasn't worth keeping as a patient.

I have been a long time patient but found my recent service from the front desk rude. My new insurance cards hadn’t arrived and I was unable to find the info. My Obgyn was able to lookup my insurance the day prior but this office said that it was up to me but that I didn’t have enough time before the appointment. The front desk lady even said I was “late” which was false. Anyways, I left and received a bill in the mail for the “missed” appointment. Two stars because I liked my doctor at least.

I never post reviews, but I genuinely want to warn people about this place. I called in July to make an appointment after my doctor referred me for an abnormal growth. Their first available appointment was for December. Then in October, they let me know that they needed to reschedule my December appointment. I called and they could only offer me an appointment for NEXT MAY. I didn’t cancel my original appointment; they did! Why on earth was I sent all the way to the back of the line for THEIR mistake? I find it so unbelievably unprofessional.

Hands down the best dermatologists in the area, maybe anywhere. One of the admin, Janet, goes so far above and beyond every single time to get an appointment, or a prescription, or dealing with insurance. Dr. Waldman is cool, relaxed and lets you tell him what you need, not the other way around. He really listens to your individual situation. Willie the assistant is amazing too! I had to use an APRN the last time and she was extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. Not sure why they would have bad reviews, but it works out for me so I can get an appointment easier. Stay away people.

I have never posted a bad review but this organization warrants it. I have been a patient for a number of years and every single time I have come in contact with anyone from the business office it has been a negative experience. The providers are fine. It is the receptionists, the billers, and the schedulers who have a major attitude. I am moving my business to another provider and good riddance to them.
