With doctors, you hope you would never have to see them again. You want to part ways, saying, “See you never!” instead of, “See you later,” or, “Talk to you soon.” Megan here is just so exceptional that I actually would like to see her again. Or better yet - be friends! She listens intently, presents honest feedback and advice and has such a delightful personality that I hope everyone loves her as much as I do. I went in expecting to need this and that for keloid treatment but rather left needing nothing at all. I feel less self-conscious than ever after speaking with her and picking her brain. Megan! I made an appointment back in Sept/Oct, and was able to be seen rather quickly. All of the staff were friendly. My appointment went well, and I had the understanding that I would receive a call with results. That call never came. I tried contacting via phone, but the line would not permit me to connect to anyone. I went online to use the messaging portal and I was unable to get anywhere. I decided to make a follow up appointment just to get my results and understanding of what my options were, which unfortunately could not be until January. I left remarks in the appointment comments stating why I was making the appointment, and then I received a call several hours later. I had been a patient here for over 10 years - only to notice a severe downward spiral of service recently when trying to get an appointment for an annual skin check. Not only did I have to wait 5 months for an appointment, but then they rescheduled it 3.5 months into my wait because they didn't realize the Provider was going to be out on vacation. Fast forward to the date of the appointment I waited 5 months for, and I got stuck on a work call. I called 5 minutes after the appointment time to let them know I was on my way and they put me on hold before even asking what I was calling about - and when they came back to the line, I shared I was stuck on a call and would be there in 5 minutes.
