Horrible experience. First of all, you have to wait 8 months to get in, so I was so excited that it was the month of my appointment. I went in on the date I thought my appointment was, apparently my appointment was a week earlier. They tried to call but my “voicemail was full”. And because it was a new patient appointment, I cannot reschedule ever. I cannot continue to try to be a patient at this only dermatology establishment close by. This place is a joke. Horrible horrible service, and the front counter lady had zero sympathy.
