I cannot recommend Dr. Letty Ochoa highly enough! She has treated my son for years. Her attention to detail and genuine concern makes all the difference in the world from diagnosis to recovery. She is so patient and explains everything in a way where even my child could understand. We always have a wonderful experience at this practice and the staff Bryan and the rest of the girls receptionist are incredibly kind and always make the experience positive for both of us. Dr. Letty Ochoa is so knowledgeable her compassion and professionalism is greatly appreciated. Thank you for always going above and beyond and thank you for being such an amazing doctor! wait time is EXTREMELY long I had to wait 2 hours, with an appointment! But the dermatologist and workers are extremely helpful and nice!! My skins has cleared so so much over the year all because of my dermatologist but the only concern in the wait! It’s not usually 2 hours but it’s usually is around 40 minutes to an hour at least 30 minutes.

BE AWARE IN YOUR FIRST APPT Be careful when you do the appointment, be specific when you book for the Dr ( YOU NEED TO SPECIFY THE YOU WANT A DR) because if you don’t the person who’s gonna check your baby it will be the nurse practitioner, so you will be paying double (the appt with the nurse practitioner, then the one with the doctor )… plus THEY NEVER SPECIFY who’s gonna attend you it’s the nurse practitioner so you go there thinking who’s gonna attend you is the doctor , if you are making an appointment is because you want a doctor whois who can solve the problem , not the nurse practitioner.

Very happy with the service provided by Sofia De La Camara. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I went in with a lot of questions and took her time and answered all of them in depth and they even gave me a print out with detailed instructions and an overview of everything we discussed. They also called in the prescriptions immediately because I got a call from my pharmacy saying the meds were ready before I even made it back home. Everything else about the visit was average but she made this experience exceptional and I’m really looking forward to continuing my daughters treatment with her

I have been a patient for years and always leave the office with a smile! Dr. Karina is an excellent dermatologist, very knowledgeable and caring. The front desk ladies, Gaby and Melanie, are always so kind and helpful, making every visit a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this office for all your dermatology needs!
