I have been going to the Dermagrafix studio in Doylestown for a number of years. Valerie is the BEST! at what she does. After my initial bio-fusion brow permanent makeup, I have been back 2 additional times over 6 years. If your artist does the job flawlessly like Valerie, and you take care of them as instructed, this is right on target. Like everything else we do for ourselves, it's an investment in how we look and feel. The space is beautiful and CLEAN! All the instruments used are sterile like in a operating room. Valerie is lovely, inside and out. She consults then based on the consult outlines the brow shape which is then discussed to make sure you are satisfied with the overall look before she starts her magic. I first visited Dermagrafix about two years ago and I was very pleased with my results back then. I just had my eyebrows re done this past September. I was not as happy this time around with my results. I called a week after explaining that I followed the instructions. It took several messages for someone to get back to me. After they finally got back to me they told me to give it a few weeks and they would check in. They never did. I then reached out again and they again did not get back to me. I had the pleasure of having Heather Jacques for scar camouflaging. The studio is impeccably clean, inviting, and resembles a hair salon. This was my first "tattoo" so I was quite nervous about the whole process. My fears quickly subsided upon seeing Heather's professionalism, kind demeanor, and openness to answering all of my questions. I also appreciated her honesty about what to expect results-wise. I had three sessions spanning five months. The best advice I can give is to follow ALL of the before and aftercare instructions and any additional advice Heather provides. I am satisfied with the results, and because of these procedures I have a better surface to work with regarding body concealer or decorative tattoos in the future.
