Incompetent from start to finish. Before my initial appointment I had my previous dermatologist send all my records so that I would have no gaps in continuing care. They didn't even look at them. The appointment was extremely rushed and my husband was not allowed to go back with me even though there was an extra seat in the exam room. She suggested a treatment I had already done, but she didn't listen to me plus that treatment was in my records my previous dr sent in. Had she read them, she would have known that. She also called in an rx that required evidence of other treatments that I had already tried and failed. That would have been in the records I had sent to her. My insurance requested those records 4 times and her office refused to send them in. So here I am suffering bec

I have very little experience with dermatology but if communication style and customer service matter I cant recommend. A second opinion confirmed that treatment recommendations were probably overly aggressive and I cant believe the resistance i met requesting a copy of my biopsy results. I just did not feel comfortable here.

Schedule an appointment waited almost a month for It. Verified my appointment with the office the day before letting them know. I was going to be getting out of work 30 minutes before I was able to go over there. Got to my appointment 15 minutes before it was supposed to be there. They told me that they had to cancel because they couldn’t make accommodations for me, even though I had already cleared it with the person that I spoke to the day before I even spoke to somebody the day before in the morning, letting them know I was waiting for my time off to be approved so I couldn’t make it to that appointment. That was a very big inconvenience for me to take the time off and go up over there for me to be told that they didn’t have time to see me that day when that could’ve all been discussed

DO NOT go there no matter what. Their business strategy is based on taking people’s money not helping them. I arrived there at 10:28 for 10:40 appointment. When I asked at 11:30 the reason for waiting, I was told that their wait policy is up to an hour. However, it is not indicated anywhere and they never told me about it. Also, people who arrived after me were being admitted before me. At 11:35 I was taken into the patient room and continued waiting there. Although I went to this place with a referral, they still asked for the reason I am visiting. The assistant later told me that they need to see the previous test reports before calling the doctor. The doctor came into the room at 12:10 (90 minutes after my appointment time). She said that she cannot help me because she does not have the

I would give 0 stars if it let me. This place is extremely unprofessional and the whole staff team is RUDE. What place "runs an hour wait after your appointment time"?! THEN they make you wait 40+minutes inside the room after calling you back just to see the doctor who doesn't give you their full attention and makes you feel rushed the entire visit. Meanwhile they just sit around talking amongst each other. They are entirely inconsiderate of people's time. Based off of other reviews this is not a "one time" occurrence. & They clearly get offended by these HONEST negative reviews due to the responses they give!!!
