I never thought I had scoliosis, but learning that it can develop over time helped explain my long-standing hip and knee issues. This team truly specializes in scoliosis care, and that expertise shows in both their assessment and treatment. I receive a variety of therapies, and the staff is fantastic — thoughtful, attentive, and really tuned in to what works best for me (they even remember my favorites). I am 70 years old with a case of scoliosis that was severely aggravated by a foot surgery, of all things. I was referred here by an orthopedic spine surgeon because of the nature of my scoliosis and, no doubt, because of my age. When I came to Dr. Hitender I could not make myself stand up straight, even with crutches. After almost 6 months on machines, working with the physical therapist, and wearing a custom brace, there is noticeable Improvement. However, as the thoracic vertebrae straightened they compressed the lumbar, which is now one area where we need to work. In the office is also Dr. Hitender’s wife, Dr. Mansi, a physical therapist and specialist In the Schroth Method of therapy for scoliosis. I have just begun that work and I’m extremely impressed at the intensity and direction

Kind and courteous, treatment is of the highest quality. Hitender and his staff have an extensive knowledge of the practice, and the office has more than adequate medical equipment to treat almost any ailment that can be remedied through chiropractic services. I'm in my 30s and started going to Dr. Hitender one year ago, for help correcting my forward head posture and curvature in my back and shoulders due to years of being hunched over on a laptop. I had previously gone to another chiropractor as well as a physical rehab trainer and saw no results. With Hitender, however, I was honestly blown away by the results I achieved after 6 months. I am now 12 months in, just had another set of X-Rays, and am once again astounded by the continued progress. I am healthier, I look far better physically, and I even feel more confident. Really good place when I has surgery but since Dr Kelly left the person who case taken over is completely rude. I think I spent maybe 3 minutes with the Dr and offered me no help after slipping and falling in my hip I had replaced. He’s not very understanding and doesn’t listen to his patients. I would just avoid Ortho One in general.
