Diego is by far the best physical therapist! I went to him with a herniated disc and a history of low back pain. My sister had a similar issue and went to him with fantastic results. So I decided to give him a try. I had gone to another physical therapist for 10 years to treat my on and off again low back pain and I was always at the mercy of their calendar to get in right away when I, inevitably, hurt myself or aggravated my low back pain again. Diego provides a completely different methodology to the treatment of pain. Instead of a quick fix to make me feel better for a few days, he put me on a three month protocol of his chair (red light therapy and PEMF) and working with him to fully heal my herniated disc and treat my general low back pain. I have been coming to Denver Muscle Therapy for a few years now! I originally came to see Diego for an injury and now have been consistently coming back for maintenance with Larah. Larah really listens to my needs and each session is different based on how I am feeling. She uses a variety of techniques including deep tissue massages, PEMF and cupping. My body always feels better after a visit! Larah is also great at giving me stretches and exercises to do at home between appointments. If you want to train like an athlete, you have to recover like an athlete!

This place is seriously the best. I’ve been coming here consistently for almost a year and they have been incredibly essential for my recovery and managing a few injuries. They have a wide array of therapies they offer to really customize your experience to you and your needs, and everyone is incredibly kind and helpful! I’ve seen both Diego and Larah and I can’t speak highly enough about both of them. The professionalism, attention to detail, and guidance they offer to go along with their services is far above any other bodywork clinic I’ve been to. Denver Muscle Therapy has been game changing for me in correcting a lot of physical issues. I work with Diego and see him typically once a week. I just hit 6 months since my complete triceps reconstruction/ reattachment surgery and I can honestly say my tricep is back to 100 percent. The PEMF has made the biggest difference in how my body has been able to heal and everyone is shocked to hear I even had surgery in the first place. I strongly recommend seeing Diego as well as Lara or Jason as I've also worked with them and they've been amazing as well. I’ve been coming to see Larah for about six months at Denver Muscle Therapy and my experience has been nothing short of incredible. I originally came to see her due to a significant low back strain I sustained barbell squatting and her combination of bodywork and PEMF had me heavy squatting again within about a month. I’ve been training hard for 20 years with a decade of bodybuilding and heavy compound movements and and now brazilian jiu jitsu so my body and joints take a beating. I see her bi-weekly now for ongoing maintenance and I feel better physically than I did when I was 20. I cannot recommend her enough.
