Denver Health: Eastside Dental Clinic at Eastside Family Health Center

Madison provided the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will not be back and will certainly not be recommending anyone to come to this location. overcrowded parking and the front desk staff has zero understanding. I left work and arrived 10 minutes late, but was told by the call center this would be okay (she said up to 15 minutes wouldn’t be an issue) so I left work. I made it to the location and was going in circles looking for parking, lot was completely full Madison was so rude and refused to even attempt to check if I could still be seen, and didn’t offer any appointment reschedule, just a vague offer of a waitlist with zero confirmation, and no information on when I would be off the waitlist. save your time, look somewhere else denver health should be more caref

Dr. Barber is the best dentist I've been to in my whole life. She was able to save most of my teeth without requiring excessive, and expensive, dental work. I had been to two previous dentists, and Dr. Barber diagnosed the same issues as the previous dentists, but had a less invasive fix. She does beautiful filling work, and I didn't feel a thing! She's restored my trust in dentistry and I'm grateful to her and the whole team for being kind, caring, thorough, and all around awesome! Thank you all. 🙏

The staff is great. They ensure you are comfortable. Great sense of humor. Ensure you are comfortable and not in pain. My biggest issue is is takes ages to get an appointment. I set-up an extraction and they KNEW it needed to be pulled. I had gotten scared and cancelled it 2 times. Now I'm in pain and they took xrays and poked it. Told me it needed pulling again (well established) then sent me to the desk to schedule it. Like that's what I'm HERE FOR TODAY! I scheduled it to be pulled.... So now I wait the rest of the month (because of my scheduling needs) and risk losing another tooth next to it. I may have to seek out treatment elsewhere.

Love going to Bernard Gibson Eastside Health center Been a patient there for a number of years!!!! The staff, Doctors and nurses are "Totally Awesome!!!

I had great teeth ,runs in the family. My teeth unnecessarily pulled for profit. *Frontline news story dentists for dollars. Dental work determined by Medicaid funds available. Then work dentists are expected to meet goals even if it tastes doing unnecessary work
