Had an excellent experience. Dr. Koh and team including Toni, Emily, Jaime and Devin made my visit efficient and highly patient-centered. Dr. Koh sat with me and explained my x-rays in detail as well as best and alternative treatment options. Tori completed a thorough and painless cleaning taking care to clean the spots that I have difficulty with at home. Emily was efficient, patient, and attentive to detail taking x-rays in the morning and made sure to capture the difficult angles, even if it meant retaking the image. Jamie sat with me patiently and helped hold my mouth open for nearly 40 minutes while we completed a whitening session. They were very cognizant of my stress and ensured my experience was smooth - communication during the exam was excellent and the team was super flexible in making some necessary treatments available same day due to my tight schedule. I’ve been a regular for ~2years now. I really appreciate how kind and efficient the staff and doctors are. They use modern technology and gentle techniques for images, cleanings, and restorations. My visits are always super-efficient and thorough. I also love that I don’t get scolded if my teeth aren’t in perfect condition. If I need to be better, they show me where and how in a gentle manner.
