Dentists of Woodbury

My first few visits were 5 star and then I had a visit on Wednesday...it went okay until it was over. They ended with a floride treatment. That was fine. When they took the bib off me, they had floride on my shirt...maybe it will was out and not ruin my shirt. Worst of all, they got it in my hair. Said it would wash out. I ended up cutting my hair to get it out!!! Now, I have a section of hair that is to short for my ponytails for work!!! I also ended up with a sore under my tongue. I had gas so I didn't really notice it until later. Seems a little better today. For all I paid for these special cleanings, I feel I didn't get a fair shake. Hope they do better on my extractions.

Great team there I had a dental emergency and never had been to this facility before. They were very kind and answered all my questions. I have really bad anxieties and they were very patient with me during the treatment and answered every question I had during the procedures that were done to help alleviate my fears. Wonderful location and staff! A+++ from me!

I had my teeth cleaned in October. I waited almost 2 hours for my hygienist and she said she was doing complimentary fluoride treatment which I later saw on the insurance claim. I had two appointments the first hygienist I got was very nice and professional. Other than that it’s a rip off. Some people are also passive aggressive and rude.

The best overall dentistry practice I’ve ever used. Dr. Waite is by far the most knowledgeable, and talented dentist that I’ve ever visited. My family members all agree Dentists of Woodbury is a great place for all of your dental needs.

I had went in for a cleaning 6 months ago. They said I needed a deep clean. I told them I had used all my insurance benefits for the year on a crown so it would have to wait till next year. They did clean my teeth at that time. I made another appointment in 6 months to get my 2nd cleaning of the year that insurance would cover. I went in they measured my gums and said I need a deep clean. I said I was well aware of that but had come in for my regular cleaning since I had used all my benefits for this year. They refused to do the cleaning until I get the deep clean. Why would they have made my 2nd cleaning appointment knowing i needed the deep clean without informing me they were not going to do it? Not only did they waste my time but billed my insurance for an exam that was unnecessary
