Dentists of Spring Valley

Great location. The staff were so friendly every step of the way. Dr. Guron was great at explaining the severity of my case and what needed to be done. She was patient and checked in on me during the deep cleaning which was thoughtful and highly needed. If you are normally very nervous during treatments I would highly recommend coming to this location as everyone makes sure you are taken care of.

Dentists of Spring Valley is a great dentist office. My first appointment here was after COVID, where I obviously wasn’t receiving regular dental care, so I was a bit nervous. But everyone was super friendly and helpful. It made me feel so comfortable. They are pretty punctual with their appointment times. The waiting room and the treatment areas are usually pretty clean. Ashlee, the hygienist, is easy to talk to and is always open to sharing her tips for my oral health. I do sometimes get cold during treatments, but they have blankets! Ashlee offered me a blanket on my last appointment and assured me they wash it between patients. 😅 Brittany, the dental student working today, was very friendly and has great bedside manner. I had a very consistent experience with many negative posters. I originally started going here because it's close my house, and was so impressed with Dr. Amanda Elpers. She was so friendly and personable, and I felt that she genuinely cared, and I was never pressured into additional services. Once she left, at every visit it was mentioned I would need something else: a mouth guard, a deep cleaning, now a different type of more expensive maintenance cleaning (which was not mentioned to me at the time of the deep cleaning) - and my insurance was covering very little of these costs. I never received one of my mouth guards and found that the one I did receive provided no relief. It took over 6 months to finally get the refund. My 11 year old daughter had a filling that fell out at night and they were able to get her in to get it replaced the very next day. Dr. Guron is fantastic and is as good with kids as she is with adults. Some places have great Dentists but poor front desk help but that is not the case here. They are always friendly and pleasant to work with. We have been to plenty of dentists in the LV area but nothing has been as great as the people that work here!

Dr. Huron was the best! The entire staff, including herself, has really good best side manner and as an anxious person myself, it helps so much! Emmy was a huge help as well accommodating me and my rescheduling situation. Would recommend this location!
