Dentists of Silver Spring

I went to this dentistry office after months of looking for one I enjoyed and honestly had such a good experience. Everyone was super friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The dentist explained everything clearly and didn’t rush through anything, which I really appreciated. The front office and benefit coordinators were also amazing. They helped me understand my treatment plan and went over what my insurance would cover in a way that actually made sense. They made the whole process feel easy and way less stressful. I would definitely recommend coming here

I had a really positive experience at Dentists of Silver Spring. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease. They completed my fillings with minimal discomfort and treated me with kindness and zero judgment, which meant a lot to me. I will be returning for my cleaning in 6 months. :)

Good service so far and they explain the cost of each procedure BEFORE I agreed to anything (I was concerned for payment) but you have to tell them right away you want to be sure your insurance can cover it. If not, they just keep telling everything they say you'll need and you don't want to have a BIG bill without warning.

I agree with other negative opinions about this place. My experience here was extremely disappointing and stressful. I went in for what should have been a simple repair of a filling that had broken. I explained clearly that the situation was urgent because I was about to travel. Instead of addressing the immediate issue, they took numerous X-rays and pictures that felt unnecessary, and I was told I needed a full root canal and extensive treatment. I was informed that they could not simply fix the filling and that the “only option” was a much more invasive procedure costing thousands of dollars. The interaction felt rushed and sales-driven rather than focused on my actual needs. Fortunately, I left. I went to my regular dentist, and the problem was resolved in less than an hour. That cont

Worst customer service/service ever. They cancelled my appointment after I called them and confirmed. I went through the trouble of getting early child care for my kid because they couldn’t accommodate a late appointment. That’s ok, but then they just told me my appointment was canceled when I arrived for my scheduled and confirmed appointment, after I paid for early child care and drove all the way here on time of my appointment. After all the money I paid for the past years for services that were not even great. I’ll be looking for a better practice. I DO NOT recommend the practice in Silver Spring, MD at all.
