LOVE this office!! Dr. Mallory has years of experience and offers a lot of services including emergency visits and fast braces. They have state of the art technology and equipment. Mel, my hygienist, did a wonderful cleaning. She also felt a lump on my neck during the exam and sent me for an ultrasound. I’m so thankful she saw this! Convenient location with lots of parking too. Highly recommended this North Scottsdale Dental office!

Dentists of Scottsdale is truly the best. As a military family we have moved around quite a bit, having experienced many dentists in different states … and none have ever treated my family and I with such care and attention such as Dr. Mallory and his staff. Sure, the routine cleanings are great and the staff is very knowledgeable/professional, however, the extra level of comfort and easy they have given to my children is what really makes all the difference for me. I believe it speaks volumes that even my children look forward to going to the dentist. Recently one of my boys needed some extensive dental work and Dr. Mallory and his staff took such good care of him. They made my son feel comfortable and safe. I had a bizarre and incredibly unprofessional experience with Dr. Mallory and his team. After telling me I needed a mouth guard for grinding, they claimed they "ran my insurance" and told me I wasn't covered, forcing me to pay the full amount out of pocket. Red Flag #1: I called my insurance provider myself, and they confirmed the office never even submitted a claim. When I confronted the staff about this "error," they conveniently blamed a "glitch in the system." Red Flag #2: Getting my own money back was a nightmare. It took over a month and a half of harassing them with phone calls before they finally issued a refund. Red Flag #3: To top it all off, as soon as the refund was processed, I received a "breakup letter" in the mail firing me as a patient. Apparently, if you catch them in

Always a great experience when getting my teeth cleaned. Clean office, friendly and professional staff, and Dr. Mallory treats his patients like family.

Place is a scam! Charged me some ridiculous fee for a membership. I honestly forgot about it but when I called back after 18months of zero communication, all the membership did wave fees, for what was apparently a $1000+ cleaning that was to be paid out of pocket. Go to a different place. Also quoted me in my consultation for root canals and crowns that I didn't need to get. This guy's a joke!
