Willow was hands down the best dental assistant that I have ever had — and I've had a lot of dental work over the years. She is caring, genuine, and thoughtful. I was scheduled for crown work and she was there every step of the way, ensuring that I understood the procedure, felt comfortable, and was under great care. Dr. Alex also made it clear that my decisions were up to me, at my pace. “Whatever makes you comfortable,” he said more than once. I have been a patient at this location under different dentists, assistants, and admin. I can say that now they have something good going on. Willow was prepared, diligent, and tremendously good natured and personable. It really transformed what would have been a somewhat painful experience to a really surprisingly positive one. As soon as I walked into the office, I was struck by how warm and professional the entire staff was. And then Willow, one of the dental assistants, was not only so attentive and kind, but also quick and precise with the x-rays and gentle when polishing my teeth. Dental offices can sometimes feel nerve racking but she made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Alex is amazing too—so professional and caring. Since I could only come in for a short visit, rescheduling my appointment was completely hassle-free and easy to work around my schedule. I highly recommend them both—this is a top-notch dental office!

I'm not usually one to leave reviews but Dr. Marout and Johnny genuinely deserved one. From the moment I sat down, Johnny made me feel at ease, super friendly and just had a great energy. Dr. Marout was awesome too, explained everything clearly and didn't rush at all. Left feeling like I was actually in good hands. If you're looking for a dentist in Pasadena, these are your people!

My experience was wonderful from start to finish. Dr. Alex took the time to address all of my concerns and was very respectful and thorough. Maritza was amazing especially since I came in without dental insurance. She explained everything clearly, broke down the costs for me, and made the process feel stress-free. She even scheduled my next visit right away to keep me on track. I truly felt cared for and supported.
