this place has been great compared to where I’ve always gone since living in katy. it’s a younger atmosphere which I like. they always answer the phone, even called last week at 5:11pm and the girl answered. I was like, wait aren’t yall supposed to be gone? she’s like yeah but we’re still here - she absolutely did not need to answer my call technically but I appreciated it so much. we’ve (my boyfriend and I) been working alongside Dr. Giga and Christian who have been great. Christian got us both set up for wisdom teeth extraction with Dr. Arsene Hanana and come to find out the oral surgeon travels so you can follow him anywhere if the day Katy Park does not work with your schedule. with insurance, they were able to create us both a in-house payment plan for 6 months for the removal of al

I booked a regular cleaning appointment, the entire office was very clean, and I was offered water and a blanket to stay cozy for the duration of my appointment. The dental assistants and dentist were all welcoming, gentle and did an amazing job explaining what was being done and why. I felt comfortable the whole time! Quick, easy & painless(:

Came here yesterday 10/13 for myself and the whole staff was great. Caring and helped me keep my daughter entertained as well. I had a crown done and they did it quickly the work. As a new patient the time spent here was a while. But they take their time with details and I asked alot of questions. The financial advisor also was great. Checking in was smooth as well. Doctor Upright was great and answered all my questions that I had. Came to bring my daughter as well. And the check went great too. And they were so patient and kind with her. It was a quick appt they did teeth cleaning. And the doctor was great with her. Doctor Giga, was patient and kind with my daughter. All the staff was great. Would recommend this place to friends and family if needed.

Zero integrity. Received a quote for almost $5K for recommended treatment AFTER insurance and was told I had to pay it all at once with no credit or financing options available. Went to another practice and learned that I was being OVER CHARGED for the recommended services, and received a quote for almost 60% less for the same reccomended treatment. Front desk and staff personalities here are great, however the doctor wasn't too pleasant to talk with, almost no personality and quick to rudely cut off a casual patient/ doctor conversation to get to the point. Will not be coming back.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Giga for my dental care, and I honestly couldn’t be happier! From the moment you walk in, the entire team makes you feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Giga is incredibly gentle, professional, and truly takes the time to explain everything in detail — you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. My appointments are always smooth, pain-free, and even enjoyable (which is rare to say about the dentist!). The office is spotless, modern, and welcoming. I’m so grateful to have found such an amazing dentist — I highly recommend Dr. Giga to anyone looking for quality care and an all-around great experience! 🦷✨
