Dentists of El Dorado Hills

I had my dental check-up and cleaning here and I highly recommend Dentists of El Dorado Hills for anyone needing dental care. Front office staff (Lauren) is very courteous and attentive to my scheduling and billing needs. Marie Frankos is an amazing hygienist and made the whole experience easy and painless. She is very knowledgeable and also gave me great education on how to take care of teeth in the future. I highly recommend this office for your dental care needs.

This clinic seems to be driven by $$$ more than anything else. Very pushy to collect your money even at the midth of the dental procedure, when you are sitted in the treatment chair, including for future appointments and services, but when it comes to refunding money for services which were not rendered, they drag their feet for days, with excuses of "managers approvals". They also don't fully disclose all your options when presenting different scenarios, and calls for doctor's advise are not being responded.

I had high hopes for this office but luckily I found a new/different dentist. This office is a corporate chain and lacks the care of a privately owned dentist office. They push for unnecessary procedures and recommend that you come every 3-4 months when they know Delta Dental only pays for cleaning twice a year. The front office seems unorganized with sending copies of my xrays to other providers. I had to physically visit the office after attempting twice on the phone. The same thing happened to me 2 years ago trying to get them to my periodontist. This office pushed for me to get a deep cleaning and wa-la my new dentist said that I didn’t need one. I take really good care of my teeth and it’s nice that my new dentist recognizes that! I do not recommend this office. Oh one more thing. Whe

Dr. Patel & Chantae were extremely kind during my visit, with such a nice manner. They worked great in tandem & made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Also they were able to rectify my issue all in 1 visit & snuck me in on an emergency visit the same day, as well as gave me multiple finance options so kudos to the auxiliary staff as well. I am very grateful for the help I recieved & would highly recommend to anyone.

Run from This place, dont walk. 100% upsell scam Dental office in my opinion. Read all the one stars, they are on point. Now reading all the 5 stars I realize they seem like fake reviews, very Generic, they had employees names but very fake, to over balance out the numerous one star reviews. They will Diganose you as needing a Deep Cleaning and Scaling for over $500 dollars and refuse to give you a basic cleaning covered by your insurance. They booked me out 6 months for a cleaning and checkup. I am then told its for a checkup and only a deep cleaning, I must get it. My last Dentist said I was fine. Well see if they send my Xrays to the new Dentists, many have had problems after running out of this office.
