I had such a wonderful experience at Dentists of Doral! From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Liz at the front office was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful with the check-in process. She made everything smooth and stress-free and answered all my questions with patience and a big smile. Dr. Sotillo is an amazing dentist. She is very knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt confident and at ease during my visit. Great experience, all of the staff was amazing! Dr. Garcés, Betty, Liz and Zuedy were all very informative, patient and welcoming. I was very nervous and Dr. Garcés and Zuedy explained everything to me, answered all my questions and really made sure I understood everything before leaving. They made me feel very comfortable and calmed all my nerves. I was very happy with my experience and will definitely be coming back!

I was unhappy with my dentist for almost 10 years and decided to try someone new in the neighborhood. I found the Dentists of Doral through my insurance company and decided to give them a chance. I was very warmly greeted by Liz (little did she know she was in for an adventure). I didn't have my insurance card, and she went on a trek to gather as much information as she could. After her 3rd phone call, she was able to track my benefits and hand me off to Dr. Millor. The entire time reassuring me that she would find a way and that I should not worry. Dr. Millor listened to all my worries and concerns. She introduced me to Yubrainys, who would take my X-rays and share some funny life stories while I waited. I would like to take the time and highlight this dental office, everything from when you walk in through the front door and the 2 lovely receptionists greet you with a smile. Everywhere you look is very organized ! Dr Garces took all her time and explained my treatment, as if I was her family, she truly put care and passion into the entire appointment. The 2 Finance ladies Liz and Wen were able to run everything through my insurance and made my appointment as smooth as it can go! will definitely be a returning patient !!

My visit to Dr Carolina Garcés was an outstanding experience, she is an excellent professional and a superb human being. In my 80 years old I visited few dentists but Ms Garcés really deserves 5 stars. Thanks Antonio Parretta.
