Been a patient for a year now and I have a great experience at Dentists of Chino Preserve. The entire team provides phenomenal service with such a welcoming and positive atmosphere. They truly put patients first and take the time to explain everything while helping you find solutions that work best for you. Special shoutout to my dental hygienist Sabrina—she was fantastic. Super friendly, uplifting, and made the whole cleaning process quick and comfortable. Best Dental services in Chino Preserve. A special thanks for Dr. Sabrina who is a heart and soul of the clinic and the core reason for my 5 star rating. I must also thank PT assistant Samantha for her kindness and mindfulness during Xrays. Dr Justin was great and helped me with my filing in a quick time. So happy to have this dental office opened in the Preserve in Chino. I walked in quite late, after ending my day at work with a toothache. I wasn’t expecting to be seen. Hopeful for an early appointment. Dr Soryal and staff ended up staying late to provide urgent dental care as I was the last to leave the office. Everyone was nice and prompt to provide much needed relief of a painful toothache. I’m not a fan of going to the dentist like most people but avoiding a visit wasn’t my best decision. The Doctor and her assistant Samantha were genuinely supportive and understanding. They made every efforts to make my initial visit and subsequent visits as comfortable as possible showing deep dental and mental health care. From start to finish, my experience at Dentists of Chino Preserve was excellent. The entire team is professional, organized, and welcoming. Check-in was smooth, the X-rays were handled efficiently, and the doctors took the time to walk me through a detailed and thoughtful consultation without feeling rushed. The deep cleaning was especially well done. Sabrina, the dental hygienist, was outstanding. She has incredibly light hands, was patient and thorough, and explained what she was doing every step of the way.
